- Vikram Patel received the Institute of Medicine’s (USA) Rhoda and Bernard Sarnat International Prize in Mental Health, 2014 and the Honorary award of the ‘Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, 2016
- Kabir Sheikh selected as Chair of the Health Systems Global in 2016
- Monika Arora nominated in the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva 300 Women Leaders in global health, 2015
- Kabir Sheikh elected as member of the editorial advisory board of the journal BMJ Global Health and elected as Chair of the Board of Health Systems Global, 2016
- Sureshkumar Kamalakannan was a finalist shortlisted for the London Mayor’s International Student Innovation Award 2016
- Santanu Pramanik received the Cochran-Hansen Prize, 2014
