Ms Neha Tomar has done her Masters in Law in Criminology, Criminal Law and Forensic Science from National Law University, Jodhpur, Bachelors of Law from University of Delhi and also English Hons. from University of Delhi. While pursuing her law she had interned with senior advocates, various prestigious law firms of New Delhi and also with National Commission with Women (NCW). While interning at National Commission for Women she assisted in preparing the reports on Compensation to Rape Victims and on the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). She started her legal career as a litigation lawyer, in New Delhi. Her past experience extends from corporate and litigation sector specializing major practical experience in corporate laws.
Ms. Neha Tomar is associated with Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) from past approx. 8 years. She is currently engaged in handling Legal Department of PHFI.
