Dr. Monica Chaudhry is a trained Public Health Professional, who has worked on projects involving the implementation of public health interventions in the area of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) at both the private and public healthcare levels.
She is currently working as a Research Fellow at PHFI under a cluster-randomized trial involving the development and implementation of a mobile health intervention in primary health care facilities of India and Nepal. As a part of this project, she has consulted national and international subject experts for the formulation of evidence-based guidelines and algorithms on chronic conditions in pregnancy and routine antenatal care.
Additionally, she is an awardee of the Core Research Grant by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), GoI, and is studying the effects of prenatal and postnatal pesticide exposure on infant neurodevelopment.
