Data Management: Experience in big data supervision, administration, collection, cleaning, designing and analysis in MS-Excel; Organizational software (ERP) and extensive experience in EndNote, Reference Manager (software tool for publishing and managing bibliographies, citations and references). Data Management support to the researcher or research/proposal team as and when required.

Grant Management: Facilitating and executing the grant management process during the pre and post-award period. Liaising with departments within & with funding agencies including multi-lateral, bilateral agencies. Centralized record-keeping of awarded projects, project and Institutional documents and knowledge. Provide information, documents, past organization experience in a particular thematic area and any other support to the proposal writing team for online and offline submission. Validate the proposal documents before submission as per the requirement of the proposed grant.

NGO Management: Expediting registration and renewal of different national and international agencies for compliance requirements (i.e. DST-SIRO, Darpan Portal, JeS, eRA Common, US Agency) in terms of organization affiliation, and proposal submission requirement. Collecting and facilitating information and data for the organization’s annual report, Governing Board/EC report, website, newsletter, different committees etc.

Cross-Functional Role: Work closely with Finance and Legal and another team of the organization to smoothly submit and documentation/arrangement for data management, grant management & NGO management-related processes.
