Independent External Monitor (IEM) of Oil India Ltd, Noida and National Building Construction Corporation, New Delhi both Central PSUs appointed by CVC for last 9 months.

Vigilance Commissioner, Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi for four years from 2010-2014. Had rich experience of functioning of Ministries of Government of India and Central PSUs from frequent interactions. Was one of members of Committee selecting CBI senior officials from SP level and above. Also was member of committee selecting senior officials of Enforcement Directorate. Supervised the functioning of CBI on cases involving corruption. Ministry of Railways, Finance and power and PSUs under their control were directly reporting to me.

Banking and Finance Experience of 37 years in three public sector banks namely Indian bank, Punjab National Bank and corporation Bank. Retired as CMD Corporation Bank in 2010. Prior to that served as Executive Director, PNB, for 1.5 years and 33 years in Indian bank.
Worked overseas for 4 years and had rich experience of International Financial markets. Was nominee director on Boards of companies on behalf of Indian Bank.
