Eunice Lobo
Research Fellow

A post graduate in Microbiology, Eunice Lobo studied Public Health at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2011. Since joining IIPH-Bhubaneswar in September 2017, she has been involved with a large study on obtaining community-derived disability weights across Odisha and Telangana supported by the Indian Council of Medical Research. Before joining IIPH-B, she worked at the Foundation for Medical Research in Mumbai – a premier institute in TB research as a lead public health researcher for three years working on projects supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and PATH. She was also involved in a GFR-9 project on TB – Project Axshya, prior to joining the foundation, and handled two districts in Maharashtra. She is a PubMed indexed author with expertise in Tuberculosis, qualitative research and infectious diseases.
