A Public Health professional with 5+ years of experience. As a researcher, I was involved in national-level research studies aimed to strengthen the health care systems and as a Surveillance Medical Officer at the World Health Organization (WHO), I was involved in implementing national polio surveillance programme and providing technical support to strengthen the national routine immunization programme, and to launch Rota Virus and Measles-Rubella vaccine campaigns in one of the most backward districts of India – Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. I was awarded an ‘Implementation Science Research fellowship’ by Sangath organization in July 2019 and was involved in the ESSENCE Implementation Research Project aimed to design and test ‘enhanced implementation support intervention’ for integration of quality mental health services into routine primary health care in Madhya Pradesh. Currently, I am working in CARDINNATE Study, WHF Global COVID and CVD Study and Collaborative-Quality ImProvement Study (C-QIP) Study at PHFI, Delhi.
