About the program
The MDP on Health Program Management is designed and implemented by the joint efforts of PHFI and XLRI considering the dearth of trained healthcare professionals for effective and efficient health program management in the country. The aim of the program is to enhance the management skills of professionals in the field of public health and to equip them in utilizing various scientific and proven approaches in program planning and management. This will also provide the practical exposure needed to enhance the effectiveness of the professionals working with government, non-government and private institutions. This will be a 5-day residential management development program comprising of an interdisciplinary approach by blending theory and practical application in a problem-solving perspective.
