Donors can contribute online by clicking Donate Now button and choose from options to support PHFI i.e. donating to IIPH Development Fund, PHFI Research Fund or PHFI Scholarship Fund.

Significant Giving

Donors can choose to partner with PHFI by pledging significant commitments of INR 50 Lakhs towards named assets/facility at IIPH Gandhinagar campus (e.g. classrooms, seminar halls, and labs); named centres for research/program initiatives; named Scholarship Funds and several other options.Significant giving involves a multiple year partnership with options to name and tax advantages.

CSR Partnerships

Partner with PHFI for your Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. PHFI has worked with several corporates on public health initiatives in areas of preventive healthcare and health systems strengthening which are covered under Schedule VII of the CSR Section 135 of the Companies Act. PHFI with its pool of 600 strong pool of technical staff offers expertise in program design, implementation and evaluation.Partnering for research in public health is a listed area under CSR and allows for up to 150% weighted tax deduction. The Foundation is approved by the Central Government under Section 35(1) (ii) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Act) in the category of organisations engaged in scientific research.

  • Contribution for scientific research undertaken by PHFI shall be eligible for a weighted deduction of 100% of the amount of expenditure (contribution) emanating out of ‘Income from Business and Profession’ u/s 35(1)(ii)

PHFI is also registered under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961 and all donations to PHFI (other than covered u/s Section 35) shall be entitled for claiming deduction of 50% of the amount donated from income.
