E-Learning Course on Climate Change and Health
The Centre for Environmental Health is organising an E-Learning Course on Climate Change and Health, with three other international collaborating institutions namely University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio, Finland, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Villanova University in the State of Pennsylvania, Villanova, United States of America.
This e-learning course is ideal for graduate and post-graduate students in medicine, nursing, public health and allied disciplines including nutrition, social, behavioural and environmental sciences.
The course will be held from 17 January 2022 – 30 April 2022. The course will be delivered with joint faculty from the 4 mentioned institutions and students drawn from these 4 countries at graduate and post-graduate level. Endocrinology Masterclass
About the course:
Endocrinology Masterclass is a specialized educational program to provide new and practical knowledge in the field of endocrinology. It is dedicated to clinical endocrinologists & those in-training. Eminent leaders, Specialists & Experts from the field are involved. The objective is to demonstrate the best in the analysis and treatment of difficult clinical problems in real life patients who often tell their own story. The patient remains our link between current research & modern therapeutics. The program focus on key areas: to improve the continuity of care of the patients using latest advancements in the medical field and to better faster professional development of the medical students.
What does the course achieve?
The program intends to acquire strong clinical foundation in all aspects of Endocrinology and refine presentation skills of the Students. Also, to provide the Students with the tools and skills to enable them to accurately interpret published literature and correctly apply them to their practices. It also aims to build a strong network among Indian Institutions.

Cardiology Masterclass
Clinical Grand Rounds and Journal Clubs
Date of Commencement: 5th March 2021
Cardiology Masterclass is a specialized educational program to provide new and practical knowledge in the field of cardiology. It is directed towards clinical cardiologists & those in training (DM/DNB cardiology trainees as well as aspiring cardiologists). The program comprises of Clinical Grand Rounds and Journal Clubs to be conducted alternately every fortnight on a Friday evenings. Students will enrol for a six-month subscription period and access 12 highly educative sessions. The sessions will be student-led and carefully curated by leading experts in order to maximize their learning experience. The program will also feature lectures and interactive sessions with globally renowned researchers.
