Manushi Sharma is Senior Program Manager at the JSW Centre for Climate Change and Health at the Public Health Foundation of India. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of climate resilience, planetary health, and environmental justice, she specializes in translating evidence into policy action across communities, governments, and multilateral institutions.
Her experience spans 29+ countries across Asia-Pacific, North America, and sub-Saharan Africa, where she has worked with the United Nations, the Thai Ministry of Public Health, the City of Boston, and leading international organizations — managing programs valued at over USD 10M. She brings deep expertise in policy analysis, mixed-methods research, and adaptive MEL.
Manushi serves as Associate Board Member at Health in Harmony and on the Advisory Board of the Planetary Health Alliance Governance Working Group. She is a 2026 Planetary Health Alliance Impact Fellow and a former Atlas Corps Fellow. She was inducted into the Laurel and Scroll 100 Society at Northeastern University in 2025 and is a recipient of the Outstanding Award in Community Impact. She has presented at the UN Summit of the Future, What Works Climate Solutions, PMAC, and New York and DC Climate Weeks, among others.
She has authored 14 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, including The Lancet and the British Medical Journal.
