In her current role, Pooja is primarily responsible for managing recruitment processes for project-based and contractual positions. Her responsibilities include reviewing staffing requests and terms of reference, preparing and circulating vacancy announcements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting the preparation of evaluation and scoring sheets. She also facilitates communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and assists in documentation, reference checks, and verification of candidate credentials to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Pooja also manages important employee lifecycle processes, including the probation process for newly joined staff. She coordinates with supervisors to ensure timely completion of probation reviews, sends reminders for submission of probation assessment forms, prepares probation confirmation letters, and updates the probation status in the organizational ERP portal.
In addition, she coordinates the contract extension process for employees, ensuring that required approvals and documentation are completed in a timely manner to support the continuity of staff engagement across projects.
