Shrishti Sen - Instructional Designer-Program Manager

Shrishti Sen is an Instructional Designer at the Public Health Foundation of India, specializing in andragogy based learning design for public health education. She designs structured content, collaborates with subject matter experts, and integrates gamification & design thinking to create engaging and effective learning experiences. With a background in learning and development and workshop designs, she has facilitated instructional design workshops for faculty to enhance learner engagement and participation. Previously she worked with The/Nudge Institute, where her focussed area of design was skill development based curricula and learning solutions, enhancing trainer effectiveness and learner engagement. She holds a Master’s in Lifelong Learning & Extension from the University of Delhi and was awarded ‘Best Learner-2023’ award at The/Nudge and a UGC scholarship to attend the International Winter School at Würzburg University, Germany.
