​Ekta serves as Manager-Legal and is associated with PHFI for the last 10+years, overseeing organization's legal affairs and contract management like drafting, reviewing, end-to-end process of handling all types of legal documents/agreements, alongwith handling all Civil Cases of the organization in New Delhi. With extensive experience in corporate law and litigation, Ekta provides strategic legal guidance to support operations of all departments/Projects across PHFI & IIPHs, while protecting and safeguarding organization's interests. She works closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, adherence to legal standards and effective governance. She is also Member of the current ICC of the organization.​
