Ms. Kanika holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University. She is currently working as the Senior Program Manager at the Public Health Foundation of India, supporting multiple development projects, managing key processes and assisting in program coordination and implementation. She also supports the coordination of capacity-building initiatives of the organization and engages with external stakeholders on technical matters.

Prior to this she has worked as Senior Manager -eLearning Programs at the Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi (IIPH-Delhi). With over 16 years of experience in program management and digital/ online education, she oversaw a diverse portfolio of eLearning initiatives, including Public Health Nutrition, Health Economics, Health Care Financing & Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs, Clinical Research Methods, etc. In addition to academic programs marketing & management, she also led the Institute’s Social Media Marketing and Website management.
