I am Subhash Chand, and I have been with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) since March 10, 2015. I currently manage the Training Division projects, where I ensure all expenses are recorded in accordance with the PHFI manual and comply with government regulations and statutory requirements. I review project progress with Project Directors on a monthly basis for future planning and action. My responsibilities include the thorough verification of expenses, quotations, advances, and GST invoices, as well as managing debtor and creditor reconciliations
