Currently associated with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) under the ADARSH project, aimed at strengthening postgraduate medical education and addressing the shortage of medical specialists by establishing DNB degree and diploma programs in government district hospitals of Uttar Pradesh. My work focuses on providing technical assistance for accreditation processes, including documentation support, evaluation of hospital infrastructure and faculty, and assessment of case-mix requirements to ensure eligibility for specialty-wise accreditation
