I have joined at Public Health Foundation of India, Delhi (PHFI-D) under “Design and adoption of alternate models for responding to the critical shortage of medical specialists in select states (ADARSH)” Project as a Program Coordinator. The job station was in Combined Health Directorate, BBSR, Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaisoning with Directorate of Health Services, Govt. of Odisha and Support District hospital & Medical college offering DNB and CPS programs focus on Health system strengthening in state for DNB related activities.
- Providing technical write-ups to State level Steering Committee and plans as required for advancing various project activities .
- Prepare gap assessment report of the District Hospitals & Medical colleges and submission of rectification plan to the State level Steering Committee.
- Facilitate Project Team and Supervisors for handling the Day-to-Day implementation of all project activities: Technical and Administrative.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), Annual Reports (AR), and Statements of Expenditure (SoE). Conduct data analysis to support project outcomes.
- Assist to the State NHM team in Budget preparation & justification report for allocation through NHM PIP.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for various stakeholders and team members.
- Assist Supervisor in administrative functions.
