Anjali Sharma is a public health professional with over 16 years of experience in health systems strengthening, capacity strengthening and advancing education in a digital world. She currently serves as Senior Program Manager at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), where she leads the design and scale-up of online and blended learning (OBL) initiatives across PHFI and the Indian Institutes of Public Health.

Her research and publications focus on public health education, health information systems, human resources for health, and digital learning. She has contributed to WHO-supported initiatives aimed at strengthening Routine Health Information Systems (RHIS) in South-East Asia. Her work includes contributions to two rounds of the WHO-SEARO 'SCORE for Health Data’ assessment in 2018 and 2025, with a focus on strengthening data-driven primary healthcare systems.

Currently, she leads capacity strengthening and educational research efforts under the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF)-funded Partnership for Education of Health Professionals (PEP) programme.
