Currently associated with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) under the ADARSH project, which aims to strengthen postgraduate medical education and address the shortage of medical specialists by establishing DNB degree and diploma programs in government district hospitals of Uttar Pradesh. My role involves providing technical and documentation support for the accreditation process, including evaluation of hospital infrastructure, faculty availability, clinical case-mix, and specialty-specific requirements. I conduct gap analysis and institutional assessments of district hospitals to determine their readiness for DNB degree and diploma programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards such as faculty criteria, departmental facilities, essential equipment, and clinical workload required for each specialty.
