Dr Pramod holds MD degree in Community Medicine and has done PGDMCH in the field of Maternal and Child health. He has done graduation and post-graduation from pioneer institute of medical institute that is MGIMS , Sevgram Wardha , Maharashtra.

Dr Pramod has been working as a MNCH expert with more than 10 years of experience with governments and non-governmental organizations (international or national) dealing with various aspects of the continuum of care services for Reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health under umbrella of RMNCHA including health system strengthening of the Govt of Bihar . More focus on the promotion of comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) to achieve SDG goal 2030.

Providing vision, leadership, and direction to ensure the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity and ensure effective organizational management and communication with the government and key stakeholders at all levels.

Dr Sah has contributed in development of various technical content, guidelines , policy for the Government and state level training and providing technical support for better implementation of national health program at the field.

Currently heading doctors mentoring program in Bihar for strengthening emergency Maternal , newborn and child health services at the district Hospitals. Working closely with Medical colleges , Department of Health and District level stakeholder for implementation of this program.
