She has over 22 years of professional experience in Grants Management, Accounting & Finance and Administration.Her expertise includes procurement and vendor management, fund flow management, grants administration, budget preparation and analysis, and grant reconciliation. She has extensive experience in managing a large number of both FCRA and Non-FCRA grants, ensuring compliance and effective financial oversight.Mitali possesses strong skills in project’s financial planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment, budget analysis, and fund flow forecasting. She has also contributed significantly to the financial aspects of concept and proposal development, working closely with project teams and donor agencies to ensure timely reporting and smooth coordination.
