A public health professional with over 3.5 years of experience supporting government-led health systems strengthening programs in India, I currently serve as Program Coordinator in the Training Division at PHFI, providing analytical and programmatic support to the Doctors' Mentoring Program — a state-led initiative improving quality of care across maternal, newborn, pediatric, and emergency services at district hospitals in Bihar.
My expertise spans program strategy, monitoring and analytics, facility assessments, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate certificate in Infectious Disease Modelling supported by the Department of Health Research (DHR), Government of India.
Prior to PHFI, I contributed to government-aligned health programs at PATH, Sampark Vihar, and Rakshitam Foundation, spanning neonatal care, child health strengthening, and implementation of 15th FC and PM-ABHIM recommendations. Across these experiences, my focus has remained on advancing equitable public health outcomes through evidence-informed policy and program implementation.
