Ms. Kalpna Chaudhary holds a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Subharti University, Meerut, and a Master’s degree in Management from Jodhpur University. She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (PGDPHM) from the Indian Institute of Public Health Delhi (IIPHD). She is formally trained in project management, data management, and statistical analysis, with a strong focus on supporting evidence-based public health programs.
Ms. Chaudhary has been associated with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) since December 2015. Over the years, she has contributed to several national capacity-building initiatives by supporting the monitoring and evaluation components of key public health training programs. Her work includes the Certificate Course in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (CCGDM) for the Governments of Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Assam, the Certificate Course in Management of Thyroid Disorders (CCMTD) for the Government of Meghalaya, and the COPD & Asthma training program for the Government of Gujarat.
Currently, she serves as a Program Officer, overseeing the monitoring and evaluation activities for the Certificate Course in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (CCGDM), the Certificate Course in Palliative Care (CCPC), and other public health training programs. In this role, she supports program implementation, data management, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure effective program delivery and measurable impact.
