I have experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation across various public health and development initiatives. My responsibilities have included organizing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders, coordinating trainings and workshops, and ensuring effective communication with partners as per program and project requirements. I have also been involved in monitoring and evaluation supervision, report writing, and planning and implementation support for different programs.

Additionally, I have contributed to the development of advocacy materials, training materials, government brochures, and training division publications such as booklets and diaries. I have experience in organizing meetings and capacity-building activities, as well as supporting the preparation of program documentation and communication materials. I have also worked as a Master Trainer for a UNICEF-supported Immunization Project, where I facilitated training sessions and supported capacity-building activities. Along with these responsibilities, I have effectively carried out additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth program implementation.
