Over 15 years of experience in leading Monitoring & Evaluation and Research work in HIV/AIDS, TB, maternal-child health, family planning, nutrition and communicable & non-communicable diseases. Principle investigators and co-investigators of number of large scales studies, cluster randomized trials and cohort studies. Expert in design and implementations of large-scale studies, Cluster Randomized Control Trials, cohort studies, Quality of care surveys, facility mapping AND outcome tracking surveys for program monitoring such as community behavior tracking survey, Lots Quality Assurance Sampling survey (LQAS) and Polling Booth Survey. Led the process of setting up evidence-based review system for public health programs for health department of GoUP, which includes rationalization of data collection, structural changes and capacity building of state health department, strengthening data analysis capabilities of government and decision tracking systems across district, division and state level. Developed integrated health management information system (UPHMIS) an ICT (information communication & technology) solution which enables easy and reliable data collection, data quality assurance, data analysis and decision tracking. Experienced in design & implementation of large-scale Information Technology (IT) solutions: such as an individual patient tracking, management and follow-up system for PLHIV/OVC, IVRS system for tracking maternal death and verbal autopsy, High Risk pregnancy identification-referral and management mobile app, mSehat application etc. Strong analytical capabilities and led analysis agenda of organization which includes regular analysis to provide feedback to the program and publications for academic journals. Well versed in quantitative and qualitative research methods and handling large scale data sets (DHS, census, HMIS etc) for different framework of public health programs.
